Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marin Giubelean started the match with the kick off. Stanislaw Lichucki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Montenegro in the 3rd minute of the match. 3 minutes into the game, Felix Montenegro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Stanislaw Lichucki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Stanislaw Lichucki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 6th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Agustín Saelices made a precise shot to the right of Stanislaw Lichucki. Cambaratiba's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Marin Giubelean struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cambaratiba. Stanislaw Lichucki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stanislaw Lichucki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Saelices in the 17th minute of play. When Agustín Saelices came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustín Saelices couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd minute Cambaratiba were awarded a corner. Yuri Zanette went to the cornerflag to take it. Marin Giubelean's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Julio Vera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 25thth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cambaratiba's Stanislaw Lichucki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marin Giubelean blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marin Giubelean in the 35th minute. 36 minutes into the game, Tomás Madruga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cambaratiba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. In the 39th minute, Marin Giubelean got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Juan Sebastián Puig fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ecuador's protests and gave Juan Sebastián Puig a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute, Juan Sebastián Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Stanislaw Lichucki made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Cambaratiba made a substitution. Natanael Campidelis replaced Claudinei Camargo. In the 63rd minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislaw Lichucki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ecuador's Agustín Saelices in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cambaratiba's goalie prevented a goal. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marin Giubelean's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Cambaratiba's Stanislaw Lichucki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Cambaratiba from getting a goal against them. 76 minutes into the match, Marin Giubelean notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Daniel Zorita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Stanislaw Lichucki when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 83 minutes into the game, Yuri Zanette was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cambaratiba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. In the 83rd match minute, Cambaratiba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yuri Zanette to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stanislaw Lichucki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Cambaratiba made a substitution. Marcus Aparecido replaced Marin Giubelean. Primitivo Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Ecuador played a much better game than Cambaratiba and deserved their victory. The Cambaratiba players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
