Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Abram Sarmiento kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 19th minute of play forced PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON's goalkeeper Cafu Negri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agustín Alvarez went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Jordy Cadiz charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jordy Cadiz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON! If Abram Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Cafu Negri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cafu Negri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cafu Negri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 40th minute of the match. In the 45thth minute of the game Abram Sarmiento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON's Cafu Negri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 46th minute of play forced PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON's goalkeeper Cafu Negri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Agustín Alvarez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 56 minutes, Axel Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcelo Zalayeta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jordy Cadiz in the 60th minute of the match. Cafu Negri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 62nd minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Zalayeta in the 65th minute of play. A well done corner resulted in Asım Arif Rasi drilling the ball in to score 4-1 behind Colombia's goalkeeper. Abram Secada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Cafu Negri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abram Secada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cafu Negri having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Marcelo Zalayeta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1.
