Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Zé Telo got the match started through his kick off. Fausto Di Giambattista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Fausto Di Giambattista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 10th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, DESTROYER's Kazimierz Trzaskoma got a free kick in the 14th minute. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in DESTROYER's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Di Giambattista came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Fausto Di Giambattista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fausto Di Giambattista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 29th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fausto Di Giambattista. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. 31 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fausto Di Giambattista narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Felix Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fausto Di Giambattista read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zé Telo in the 38th minute. A collision led to DESTROYER getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Ciccio Alessandro hit a great ball. Zé Telo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 45 minutes, Zé Telo made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ecuador's Julio Vera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferruccio Valerio in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to DESTROYER getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Ciccio Alessandro hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, DESTROYER's goalkeeper Fausto Di Giambattista had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind DESTROYER's goalkeeper Fausto Di Giambattista, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 67th match minute, DESTROYER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciccio Alessandro to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, DESTROYER's Fausto Di Giambattista got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferruccio Valerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 77 played minutes DESTROYER got a freekick which was hit by Ciccio Alessandro. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Fausto Di Giambattista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. DESTROYER's Fausto Di Giambattista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 81st minute of play. Fausto Di Giambattista made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 83rd minute. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis Andino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fausto Di Giambattista came out and tried to block the shot, but Luis Andino slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 89th minute. Felix Montes hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After 94 minutes, Kazimierz Trzaskoma mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DESTROYER and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kazimierz Trzaskoma kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
