Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alberto Scutti started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Fabio Bottone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Corrado Spitaleri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milagros Fraga in the 6th minute of the match. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Edmondo Melone, made in the 11th minute of the game. Borgo Doria F.C.'s Corrado Spitaleri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milagros Fraga in the 13th minute of play. Corrado Spitaleri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Mina in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corrado Spitaleri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st play minute Fabio Bottone came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rolando Noboa. 1-0. After some careless play in the Borgo Doria F.C. defense, Luz Tejedor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Corrado Spitaleri. The Borgo Doria F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Corrado Spitaleri should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Peru booed when Borgo Doria F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michal Beninda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eliseo Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corrado Spitaleri having to interfere. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Anthony Alvarado hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Corrado Spitaleri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Mina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferdinando Trabucco kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After 65 played minutes Borgo Doria F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Fulvio Franco. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Scutti in the 70th minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Borgo Doria F.C.'s goalkeeper Corrado Spitaleri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Corrado Spitaleri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Moises Gayoso made in the 77th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Joaquin Prats. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milagros Fraga got free with Corrado Spitaleri in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ercole Mian in the 82nd minute of the match. Corrado Spitaleri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 84th minute of play. Borgo Doria F.C.'s Corrado Spitaleri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 87th minute of play. Julian Murillo kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Julian Murillo hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Borgo Doria F.C.'s Michal Beninda got a free kick in the 95th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Peru's Rafael Gallo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Corrado Spitaleri. That made the score 1-3 after 96 minutes of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Peru walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
