With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tim Brenner in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. Jacobo Nores had in the 7thth minute some difficulties stopping Jan Lind's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pankracy Ferfecki in the 7th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Pankracy Ferfecki came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Pankracy Ferfecki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacobo Nores was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. After 23 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Pardo. 27 minutes into the game, PacMan SugarEaters's Tim Brenner nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Nores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. With a little luck, PacMan SugarEaters's Kenny Ugla got control of the ball when Jaime Pardo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Hector Covarrubias made a precise shot to the right of Kenny Ugla. PacMan SugarEaters's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 34 minutes into the match, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kenny Ugla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Paraguay booed when PacMan SugarEaters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Åke Billing didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Tim Brenner came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute Tim Brenner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Pankracy Ferfecki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Pankracy Ferfecki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Leo Alebeck fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PacMan SugarEaters's protests and gave Leo Alebeck a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to PacMan SugarEaters getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Leo Alebeck hit a great ball. The supporters of PacMan SugarEaters booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Escribano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaime Pardo to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Jaime Pardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paraguay's Xavier Zoido managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jan Lind in the 56 minute of the game. In the 60thth minute of the game Jaime Pardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PacMan SugarEaters's Kenny Ugla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jaime Pardo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kenny Ugla. PacMan SugarEaters's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of PacMan SugarEaters booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Pardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Hector Covarrubias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 76 minutes into the game, Tim Brenner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Jacobo Nores was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jaime Pardo hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. PacMan SugarEaters's Kenny Ugla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Covarrubias in the 86th minute of play. Jaime Pardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 91 played minutes PacMan SugarEaters got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Åke Billing. Although Paraguay had been in control for most of the match, PacMan SugarEaters still came away with the win.
