After 4 played minutes Olimpo de Bahia Blanca got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Nesor. Rudolf Meulman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 7th minute of the match. In the 7thth minute of the game Abram Sarmiento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Rudolf Meulman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Tola in the 11th minute of the match. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Tola in the 12th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Zé Tola cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The throw-in from Israel Rosio in the 18th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Colombia's Antonio Indiano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Tola in the 20th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Rigoberto Inguma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Rudolf Meulman. Rudolf Meulman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A hard shot by Axel Montenegro from long distance, 30 minutes into the match, got Rudolf Meulman's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Rudolf Meulman was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Abram Sarmiento capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abram Sarmiento really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Pascual Carballar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Rudolf Meulman made a huge save. 42 minutes into the game, Zé Tola cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Joshua Garrido kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zé Tola made a kick off. Zé Tola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. The supporters of Olimpo de Bahia Blanca booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Indiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 59 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Luis Cazalla. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antonio Indiano during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 60 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Colombia! In the 67th minute, Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Zé Tola dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. In the 72nd match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Cazalla to maneuver through the defense. Zé Tola in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Zé Tola took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Pedro Manzanares to make any attempt to save it. 80 minutes into the match, Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Zé Tola sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With 84 minutes on the clock, Bruno Belarmo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee gave Colombia a penalty, 87 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Kevin Mastache, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Rudolf Meulman. 3-4. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. Rudolf Meulman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 91st minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nicolas Satordi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-5 in the 93 minute of play. Zé Tola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. Zé Tola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 101st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
