Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bo Enström got the match started through his kick off. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 3rd minute. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Birger Kielberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 8th minute, Felix Montenegro made a precise shot to the right of Birger Kielberg. Watford FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Birger Kielberg saved Watford FC from getting behind. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Birger Kielberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birger Kielberg having to interfere. Birger Kielberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Enström in the 31st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Birger Kielberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Magnus Målare's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Magnus Målare helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Watford FC's Magnus Målare got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 38th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Birger Kielberg. Watford FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Birger Kielberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Watford FC's zone, Felix Montenegro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Birger Kielberg came out of the goal and Felix Montenegro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Birger Kielberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristian Sancho slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 58th minute. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Birger Kielberg. Birger Kielberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Felix Montes scored 0-8 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Birger Kielberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th minute, Cristian Sancho fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Birger Kielberg, passed just outside the right post. Birger Kielberg stood somewhat misplaced when Daniel Zorita came free in front of goal and shot 0-9 to the left of him in the 75 minute. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Luis Andino took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Birger Kielberg to make any attempt to save it. Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luis Andino took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Birger Kielberg. Birger Kielberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-11. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 91 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Birger Kielberg, 0-12. 94 minutes into the match, Watford FC's goalkeeper Birger Kielberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Watford FC.
