Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tomas Illescas made the kick off which started today's match. Tomas Illescas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 2ndth minute, Tomé Oliveira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tomé Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 8th minute of play. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 16 minutes, Patricio Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 16 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 18th minute. Sandro Alvarenga hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After 21 minutes of play, Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Caco Guimarães made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Caco Guimarães went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Magno Nunes hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Tomé Oliveira successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 36 minutes into the match, Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Tomé Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Magno Nunes scored 0-3 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Magno Nunes made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Magno Nunes. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caco Guimarães, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After 55 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Alfredinho Faria got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Magno Nunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 77th minute of play forced Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s goalkeeper Tomé Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute of the game Sandro Alvarenga made a throw-in which Magno Nunes played forward. In the 89thth minute of the game Caco Guimarães who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 90th minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomé Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 95th minute of play. In the 96th minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomé Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
