Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isaias Sazon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. With 42 minutes on the clock, Mo Feng Xiang commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Pastor Frantzes had in the 44thth minute some difficulties stopping Axel Montenegro's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 47th minute, Abram Sarmiento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abram Secada in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pastor Frantzes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 84th minute Colombia were awarded a corner. Kevin Mastache went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Abram Secada got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pastor Frantzes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Sajones F.C.'s Pastor Frantzes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Sajones F.C. from getting a goal against them. Abram Secada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Pastor Frantzes made a huge save. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Pascual Carballar hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Colombia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sajones F.C..
