After a rather tough play, Harsh Gods's Xosepin Verdeja got a free kick in the 14th minute. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Lain in the 16th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Tomas Lain had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Lain was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 19 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Gersi Snabe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gersi Snabe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 26th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Xosepin Verdeja's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Gersi Snabe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 34th minute of the match, Tomas Lain tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dante Lacasa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gersi Snabe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jogaila Makauskas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gersi Snabe was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Gersi Snabe made a huge save. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Leonardo Leoz in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Harsh Gods's Valery Vuelta. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Lain's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Harsh Gods's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Gersi Snabe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Lain blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dante Lacasa having to make a save. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Lain in the 80th minute of the match. Harsh Gods's Gersi Snabe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Harsh Gods from getting a goal against them. Gersi Snabe was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lautaro Mancebo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 85 minute of play. The supporters of Mexico booed when Harsh Gods was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Lain didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute, Leonardo Leoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mexico eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
