Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 6 minutes into the match, Futbolin's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Albi Campoamor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lautaro Mancebo in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albi Campoamor saved Futbolin from getting behind. Albi Campoamor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Mexico's Luca Zorita getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The supporters of Mexico booed when Futbolin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Paio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute of the match Joel Gaona shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Albi Campoamor showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chayo Ramis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chayo Ramis in the 21st minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Albi Campoamor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Nestor Paio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. In the 33rd match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Macos Graciani to maneuver through the defense. Dante Lacasa was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Leoncio Serra. The audience was convinced that Lucila Beloki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Albi Campoamor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Albi Campoamor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. In the 47th minute, Futbolin's Lucila Beloki ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Albi Campoamor in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Lautaro Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Mancebo couldn't finish the play. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Albi Campoamor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Futbolin's Albi Campoamor. Albi Campoamor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Mexico's Joel Gaona in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Futbolin's goalie prevented a goal. In the 91st minute, Facundo Cadaval hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Futbolin's Chayo Ramis got a free kick in the 96th minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
