Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute Fulvio Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ercole Mian in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Joel Gaona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Scutti in the 13th minute of play. Mexico's Felix Luque quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fulvio Franco, made in the 19th minute of the game. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Bottone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Borgo Doria F.C. were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Mexico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fabio Bottone took the corner. The corner ended in Edmondo Melone almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa did a great save. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Scutti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 played minutes Borgo Doria F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Bottone. In the 41st minute, Fabio Bottone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luca Rouco hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Luca Rouco hit a great ball. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Bottone, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Lars Hellström kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. The supporters of Borgo Doria F.C. booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Luque didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mexico's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Ercole Mian scored to the left of an out of position Dante Lacasa, making the score, 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Ercole Mian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Borgo Doria F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ercole Mian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Lacasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 73 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Borgo Doria F.C.'s Corrado Spitaleri tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 79th minute Alberto Scutti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Luca Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Corrado Spitaleri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
