Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) StraX Xenon FC's Tomas Asserlindh started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. StraX Xenon FC's Mattias Olofsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Olofsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 9th minute of play forced StraX Xenon FC's goalkeeper Mattias Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonardo Leoz during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mattias Olofsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Asserlindh got free with Dante Lacasa in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mattias Olofsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomas Asserlindh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. 33 minutes into the game, Leonardo Leoz threw the ball into play from the sideline. StraX Xenon FC's Otto Axelsson quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Joel Gaona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mattias Olofsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Mattias Olofsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 45th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Lautaro Mancebo came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mattias Olofsson could save by the left post. Mattias Olofsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 89th minute of play. After 93 played minutes StraX Xenon FC got a freekick which was hit by Pelle Smedfeldt. Mexico played a much better game than StraX Xenon FC and deserved their victory. The StraX Xenon FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
