The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Salvador Gisbert might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jens-Ove Kihlberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Salvador Gisbert ran back to his position shaking his head. Stolpskottet Väsby BK's Jens-Ove Kihlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 13th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 14th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hubert Hamnberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 22 minute of play. In the 29th minute of the game Bernardino Iaki made a throw-in which Kennet Hydén played forward. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hubert Hamnberg got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Svante Falkrans came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kennet Hydén succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 37th playminute. In the 39th minute, Bernardino Iaki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Stolpskottet Väsby BK's Svante Falkrans got a free kick in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

After 51 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kim Eskilsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kilian Mbappè in the 57th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 58th minute. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svante Falkrans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Illescas hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the game, Bernardino Iaki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stolpskottet Väsby BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. In the 65th minute, Bernardino Iaki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stolpskottet Väsby BK's Jens-Ove Kihlberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svante Falkrans in the 71st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Göran Gummeson kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Kim Eskilsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kilian Mbappè in the 90th minute of play. Stolpskottet Väsby BK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
