Cauã Veloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cauã Veloso. BRONCOS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Illescas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cauã Veloso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. BRONCOS's Cauã Veloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 18th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by BRONCOS's Anthony Dumont. But to his dismay, Anthony Dumont quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cauã Veloso having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 29th minute of play forced BRONCOS's goalkeeper Cauã Veloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Tomas Illescas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Venezuela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Anthony Dumont sent off a good shot on target. 42 minutes into the match, Anthony Dumont notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-2 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Askild Bødtkjer to strike the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BRONCOS the free kick. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Güral Revan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Güral Revan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 54 minutes into the match, BRONCOS's goalkeeper Cauã Veloso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. In the 60th minute, Askild Bødtkjer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BRONCOS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Askild Bødtkjer in the 66th minute of the match. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After having played for 74 minutes, Christoph Pliska managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BRONCOS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christoph Pliska was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the match, Anthony Dumont had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anthony Dumont was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Askild Bødtkjer in the 88th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Anthony Dumont had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Askild Bødtkjer in the 93rd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute, Anthony Dumont got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
