Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cassius Byrne took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristobal Goito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by Carabata Groove's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cassius Byrne was slow to take the kick. During this time USA's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Edward Mcdonald managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Cassius Byrne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Cristobal Goito made a huge save. Monty Rogers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Cristobal Goito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristobal Goito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristobal Goito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Monty Rogers in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cristobal Goito, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cristobal Goito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 23rd minute of play. With a little luck, Carabata Groove's Cristobal Goito got control of the ball when Cassius Byrne tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristobal Goito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carabata Groove's Iisakki Hilden managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jacob May in the 35 minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberto-Federico Acosta in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Day saved USA from getting behind. In the 39th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristobal Goito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Carabata Groove made a substitution. Herbert Pilipiec replaced Alberto-Federico Acosta. Carabata Groove's Armin Atroce was substituted for Eduardo Domeka. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hauk Hareide to strike the kick off in the second half. Carabata Groove's Cristobal Goito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 54th minute of play. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hauk Hareide in the 57th minute of play. Cristobal Goito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Carabata Groove's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Cristobal Goito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Day came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Carabata Groove's Hauk Hareide. But to his dismay, Hauk Hareide quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. The USA fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when USA's Monty Rogers looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Cristobal Goito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khalid Parry in the 85th minute of play. Sam Campbell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Goito having to interfere. Carabata Groove's Cristobal Goito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Khalid Parry in the 94th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Carabata Groove's goal looked a bit too open when Sam Campbell came free, but Cristobal Goito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carabata Groove succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though USA had controlled the match.
