Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Askild Bødtkjer kicked off to start the match. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthony Dumont in the 4th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cauã Veloso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After having played for 22 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cauã Veloso firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 26 played minutes BRONCOS got a freekick which was hit by Sigismund Grgic. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cauã Veloso came out and tried to block the shot, but Felix Montenegro slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 27th minute. 34 minutes into the match, BRONCOS's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Cauã Veloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauã Veloso having to interfere. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ecuador! A collision led to BRONCOS getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Terkild Øckenholt hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Christoph Pliska hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cauã Veloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sigismund Grgic during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for BRONCOS! In the 59th minute there was a penalty for Ecuador. Daniel Zorita stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cauã Veloso. 4-0. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Güral Revan in the 63rd minute of play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güral Revan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 69 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Christoph Pliska who took care of the corner kick. In the 71st minute, Sigismund Grgic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cauã Veloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Askild Bødtkjer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BRONCOS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. A collision led to BRONCOS getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. In the 97th minute of the match, Anthony Dumont got a very nice opportunity to score, but Julio Vera was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 99th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cauã Veloso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ecuador fully deserved thier win.
