With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Filippo Schiavoni saved A-laget from getting behind. Thanks to some nice moves Konrad Koprowski could shoot a difficult shot in the 9th minute, which Julio Vera however easily saved by the left post. Filippo Schiavoni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of play. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 12th minute. Cristian Sancho made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that A-laget's Filippo Schiavoni managed to reach the ball for a save. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartosz Bobrowski in the 14th minute of play. A-laget's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elof Säfström in the 15th minute. A nice corner shot did that Bartosz Bobrowski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The A-laget fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when A-laget's Bartosz Bobrowski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 18 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filippo Schiavoni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 20 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filippo Schiavoni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Filippo Schiavoni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The wind increased when Bartosz Bobrowski made the kick off in the second half. If Kurt Ek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th match minute, A-laget was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Edström to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 79thth minute of the game Bartosz Bobrowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartosz Bobrowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bartosz Bobrowski in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Bartosz Bobrowski fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A-laget's protests and gave Bartosz Bobrowski a yellow card for diving instead. Bartosz Bobrowski hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Konrad Koprowski hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ecuador players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for A-laget.
