Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Elsens got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 4 minutes, Mateo Leguizamo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Salvador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mateo Leguizamo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save El Salvador from getting a goal against them. In the 9th minute, Jacques Buyck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Luque in the 16th minute of play forced Waterhoek's goalkeeper Dylan Van den Broeck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dylan Van den Broeck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Fernandino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ricardo Zorita made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Mike Kustermans sent off a good shot on target. Dylan Van den Broeck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Fernandino in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentino Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Waterhoek getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Mike Kustermans hit a great ball. Dylan Van den Broeck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Luque, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Daniel Elsens dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ricardo Zorita, 1-0. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Moises Fernandino was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Waterhoek getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Vic Sevenans hit a great ball. Stein Goos hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Moises Fernandino got free with Dylan Van den Broeck in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Elsens's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ricardo Zorita read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Elsens in the 64th minute of play forced El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moises Fernandino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dylan Van den Broeck having to interfere. After 67 played minutes Waterhoek got a freekick which was hit by Jacques Buyck. 72 minutes into the match, Waterhoek's goalkeeper Dylan Van den Broeck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moises Fernandino. Dylan Van den Broeck came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by El Salvador's Moises Fernandino. But to his dismay, Moises Fernandino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 80 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Valentino Ferrant. In the 81st match minute, Waterhoek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stein Goos to maneuver through the defense. If Moises Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joshua Curbelo made in the 85th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Abram Luque immediately put the ball in play. Vic Sevenans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ricardo Zorita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Elsens in the 90th minute of play. In the 92ndth minute of the game Daniel Elsens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 94 played minutes Waterhoek got a freekick which was hit by Stein Goos. El Salvador's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
