Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mark Stenström in the 3rd minute. Svenska Lejon BK's Folke Malmström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 4th minute of play. In the 7thth minute of the game Lautaro Mancebo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Svenska Lejon BK's Folke Malmström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Svenska Lejon BK's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Folke Malmström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Leoz charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonardo Leoz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Leonardo Leoz hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Felix Luque got a free kick in the 12th minute. Svenska Lejon BK's Mark Stenström got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 16th minute of play forced Svenska Lejon BK's goalkeeper Folke Malmström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Folke Malmström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 18th minute of play. Folke Malmström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Joacim Johansson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. In the 29th minute, Stellan Lidman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mexico's Joel Gaona was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Folke Malmström in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Gaona in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Folke Malmström saved Svenska Lejon BK from getting behind. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lautaro Mancebo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Folke Malmström firmly grabbed it by the left post. Joacim Johansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Folke Malmström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 66th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Svenska Lejon BK's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Folke Malmström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th match minute, Svenska Lejon BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stellan Lidman to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Mark Stenström put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dante Lacasa. Svenska Lejon BK's Folke Malmström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Svenska Lejon BK from getting a goal against them. When Mark Stenström came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Svenska Lejon BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mark Stenström couldn't finish the play. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
