Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Abram Sarmiento got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute, Carlos Santana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Galo do Japi's Ronaldo Giovanelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 5th minute of play. Ronaldo Giovanelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Luis Cazalla hit a great ball. Carlos Santana struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galo do Japi. The crowd rose to their feet as Galo do Japi's Carlos Santana slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. Carlos Santana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Cléberson Lara was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Ronaldo Giovanelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, Galo do Japi's goal looked a bit too open when Santino Seco came free, but Ronaldo Giovanelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cléberson Lara in the 31st minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ronaldo Giovanelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 34th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Santana in the 36th minute. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. Carlos Santana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Ronaldo Giovanelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 41st minute of play. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Santana in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute Galo do Japi were awarded a corner. Cafu Ringaa went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Cafu Ringaa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pedro Manzanares quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Carlos Santana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Carlos Santana might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Santana ran back to his position shaking his head. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Santana in the 52nd minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Galo do Japi's Carlos Santana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Ronaldo Giovanelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santino Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Galo do Japi's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Axel Montenegro scored to the left of an out of position Ronaldo Giovanelli, making the score, 2-1. In the 65th minute, Carlos Santana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Galo do Japi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. In the 70th minute Ignacio Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldo Giovanelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronaldo Giovanelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 74th minute of play forced Galo do Japi's goalkeeper Ronaldo Giovanelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abram Secada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Ronaldo Giovanelli made a huge save. If Carlos Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 78th minute Carlos Santana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronaldo Giovanelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Carballar in the 80th minute of play. After 96 played minutes Galo do Japi got a freekick which was hit by César dos Santos. Galo do Japi were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
