Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Axel Tasis kicked off to start the match. The throw-in from Efrain Moruga in the 3rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Green Madness's Fola Maître. Vincent Delarue fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. In the 8th minute Axel Tasis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dilan Bobet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Alain Terim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Green Madness's supporters rose to their feet, but Alain Terim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11th minute, Alain Terim ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Efrain Moruga got a free kick in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Green Madness's Vincent Delarue nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 21st minute, Vincent Delarue left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Green Madness fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. A collision led to Green Madness getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Yves Auvinet hit a great ball. Vincent Delarue sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Vincent Delarue got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vincent Delarue got free with Benito Sanz in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Delarue in the 45th minute of the match. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alain Terim in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vincent Delarue stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Green Madness was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fola Maître to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Green Madness booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vincent Delarue sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Efrain Moruga hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the match, Vincent Delarue notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Yves Auvinet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 74 minutes, Alain Terim made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Efrain Moruga hit a great ball. Vincent Delarue recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Green Madness's Vincent Delarue in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. Alain Terim struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Green Madness. In the 90th minute, Axel Tasis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alain Terim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere.
