Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 13th minute of play forced ToRoS FiRe F.C.'s goalkeeper Daniel Medero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of ToRoS FiRe F.C. booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Heriberto came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Emilio Heriberto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Clodoveo Tome tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Carlo Guidoni kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. When Genaro Romo fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ToRoS FiRe F.C.'s protests and gave Genaro Romo a yellow card for diving instead. Genaro Romo kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clodoveo Tome in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Dan Lindgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlo Guidoni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tim Burton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 41 in the game by Ortwin Omilade from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Clodoveo Tome was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clodoveo Tome in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodoveo Tome, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clodoveo Tome, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 68 minutes into the game, ToRoS FiRe F.C.'s Clodoveo Tome nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Clodoveo Tome put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. 79 minutes into the game, ToRoS FiRe F.C.'s Carlo Guidoni nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ortwin Omilade in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ToRoS FiRe F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
