Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. 12 minutes into the game, Marnix Palsma recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Marnix Palsma showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 14th match minute, Corky United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arie Bos to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rafael Evans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25thth minute of the game Barnaba Zakrzewski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marnix Palsma struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corky United. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barnaba Zakrzewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Han Wotte came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Corky United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Han Wotte couldn't finish the play. In the 36th minute, Corky United's Barnaba Zakrzewski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. 39 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Corky United's Marnix Palsma fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 45th minute, Corky United's Barnaba Zakrzewski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hans Hoezen was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the game, Myles Quelch threw the ball into play from the sideline. Venezuela's Jose Correa quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marnix Palsma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rafael Evans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Marnix Palsma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Corky United booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 74th minute of the game. One of Corky United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Venezuela:s goal. 77 minutes into the game, Corky United's Hans Hoezen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Roland Roeles kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Rafael Evans in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 89th minute Hans Hoezen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Hans Hoezen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corky United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Corky United's goalkeeper Rafael Evans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Corky United's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
