An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 7th minute of play forced PX33 United's goalkeeper Leandro Ostargi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmund Knopek in the 13th minute of play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when PX33 United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janusz Puchlik didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, PX33 United's Jakob Jönsson got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute Edmund Knopek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PX33 United's Leandro Ostargi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 25th minute of play. Leandro Ostargi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lukasz Jekot received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Julio Vera came out and tried to block the shot, but Lukasz Jekot slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 30th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lukasz Jekot got free with Julio Vera in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 38 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Leandro Ostargi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 46th minute, Jakob Jönsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leandro Ostargi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmund Knopek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmund Knopek's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Leandro Ostargi made a huge save. Cristian Sancho's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leandro Ostargi firmly grabbed it by the left post. PX33 United's Leandro Ostargi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save PX33 United from getting a goal against them. 55 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Maciej Liberko came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leandro Ostargi was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 1-2. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Knopek in the 67th minute of play. After 73 minutes PX33 United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but PX33 United's Leandro Ostargi did a great save. With a little luck, PX33 United's Leandro Ostargi got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. PX33 United's Aleksander Tylinski was substituted for Wojciech Niedziela. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukasz Jekot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind PX33 United's goalkeeper Leandro Ostargi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 91st minute Edmund Knopek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Edmund Knopek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than PX33 United throughout the match.
