The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aitor Cintron struck a weak shot in the 2nd minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colombo A.C.. After 10 minutes of play, Colombo A.C.'s Michal Burufski made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 12th match minute, Colombo A.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Tomporowski to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Michal Burufski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colombo A.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Michal Burufski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Manzanares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aitor Cintron in the 17th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ali Nejat Özertem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombo A.C.'s goalkeeper Ali Nejat Özertem, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 24th minute Colombia were awarded a corner. Axel Montenegro went to the cornerflag to take it. The throw-in from Julian Tomporowski in the 28th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. Ali Nejat Özertem made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Axel Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. 32 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Şehzade Faydalı came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ali Nejat Özertem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 33rd minute of play. Colombia were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Colombo A.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Axel Montenegro took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 38th minute of play forced Colombo A.C.'s goalkeeper Ali Nejat Özertem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julian Tomporowski kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Colombia's Ali Nejat Özertem threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Santino Seco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Manoel Alagoano kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Axel Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Ali Nejat Özertem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colombia. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aitor Cintron to strike the kick off in the second half. Ali Nejat Özertem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santino Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ali Nejat Özertem. Colombo A.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Colombo A.C. made a substitution. Oséas Camargo replaced Alfredo Meireles. Colombo A.C. made a substitution. Ricardinho Dantas replaced Aitor Cintron. Colombo A.C.'s Ali Nejat Özertem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 76th minute of play. In the 76th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Nejat Özertem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ricardinho Dantas in the 78th minute. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. In the 86th minute of the match Colombia got a corner. Colombo A.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kevin Mastache ran over to the corner to take the kick. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
