In the 3rd minute Eliseo Noboa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Jarocewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Hugo Ferrant in the 6th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Radoslaw Arendarski. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Leon Jarocewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patryk Grocholski struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RW AHLEN-KNURÓW. The throw-in from Efrain Moruga in the 24th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Zygmunt Kornecki. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Abel Carballo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Dropinski in the 29th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a free kick in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leon Jarocewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Eliseo Noboa came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Noboa couldn't finish the play. Leon Jarocewicz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Tasis went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After 45 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Lautaro Puig. Patryk Grocholski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The RW AHLEN-KNURÓW players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Costa Rica were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Patryk Grocholski was the one to do the kick off. Juan Rubio made in the 52nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Alan Moruga. Axel Tasiss short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Leon Jarocewicz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leon Jarocewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 62nd minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Efrain Moruga threw the ball into play from the sideline. RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Zygmunt Kornecki quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patryk Grocholski in the 68th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Ferrant made in the 69th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Alan Moruga immediately put the ball in play. Efrain Moruga made in the 71st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Eliseo Noboa immediately put the ball in play. 74 minutes in the game Efrain Moruga did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Eliseo Noboa. In the 75th minute, Axel Tasis fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Leon Jarocewicz, passed just outside the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Axel Tasis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leon Jarocewicz. That made the score 1-3 in the 75 minute of play. Lucjan Dropinski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Efrain Moruga made in the 91st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Aaron Alcocer immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Tasis in the 93rd minute of play forced RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's goalkeeper Leon Jarocewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Costa Rica were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's much stronger midfield.
