The Venezuela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. A hard shot 27 in the game by Marko Lindberg from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Dalberg having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrian Dalberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adrian Dalberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 37th minute of play. When Vännäsby BF's Marko Lindberg in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Arne Löfskog managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vännäsby BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Arne Löfskog was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marko Lindberg in the 45th minute of play. The Vännäsby BF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Venezuela were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vännäsby BF's Adrian Dalberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marko Lindberg in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Adrian Dalberg was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Tomas Illescas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tomas Illescas really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Jose Correa was shown his second yellow card after 67 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Marko Lindberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 80 played minutes Vännäsby BF got a freekick which was hit by Nils Klementsson. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Alexander Rosin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Alexander Rosin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 89 minutes in the game Nils Klementsson did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Arne Löfskog. Jonathan Ferrant didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Vännäsby BF's Marko Lindberg shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-3 in the ordered_time% minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Venezuela had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
