In the 35thth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Del Kllejon FC's Venancio Geleberto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. 38 minutes into the match, Los Del Kllejon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Venancio Geleberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Los Del Kllejon FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
