Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Manoel Fraile kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Vera. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 25th minute of play forced Chancy Olympique's goalkeeper Alex Méret to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Alex Méret. Chancy Olympique's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Manoel Fraile's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Dominix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alex Méret showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manoel Fraile in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 45th minute of play forced Chancy Olympique's goalkeeper Alex Méret to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 minutes Chancy Olympique's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alex Méret in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 46 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The supporters of Chancy Olympique booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 52 played minutes, Chancy Olympique's Teofil Soszka shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Julio Vera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chancy Olympique reached it. Alex Méret made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 55th minute of play. Ozan Kabaks hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Pastor Dominix kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Chancy Olympique made a substitution. Carlo Wollstadt replaced Lou Deans. After a rather tough play, Chancy Olympique's Pastor Dominix got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, Chancy Olympique's goalkeeper Alex Méret had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Andino. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moisés Mangas in the 71st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alex Méret made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luis Andino in the 79th minute. In the 82nd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Méret saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Primitivo Andino's late challenge caught a Chancy Olympique's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Primitivo Andino helped the player get up and apologised. Primitivo Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
