The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sverker Danielsson was the one to do the kick off. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wieslaw Cichowski in the 52nd minute of the match. FC Wrocanka's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sverker Danielsson in the 53rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Sverker Danielsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pedro Manzanares quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Kajetan Dawiec made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santino Seco in the 58th minute of play forced FC Wrocanka's goalkeeper Kajetan Dawiec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A throw-in in the 64th minute of the game was made by Kenneth Åkerman with Lu Bin as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Santino Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Kajetan Dawiec made a huge save. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Sverker Danielsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. Pascual Carballar was extremely unlucky when he, in the 91st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sverker Danielsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colombia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
