But to his dismay, Victorino Sandalio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Q. T. I.'s Faustino Txerran was substituted for Leopoldo Vermudo. Paulo Txatxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Ado in the 64th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Pastor Ado made a precise shot to the right of Paulo Txatxu. Q. T. I.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Edmond Verdun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Horacio Dolfo went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. Paulo Txatxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Sandalio in the 70th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Anibal Lluques notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun. Edmond Verdun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Casimiro Guillelmus hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Paulo Txatxu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hipolito Neron, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Q. T. I. were furious when Haroldo Montrel was red carded, 94 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Paulo Txatxu had in the 97thth minute some difficulties stopping Isidro Gines's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Errecaborda AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
