Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Juventus F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuele Iovine didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ettore Puglielli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. Juventus F.C.'s Ettore Puglielli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Ettore Puglielli. Juventus F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 12th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 20th minute of play forced Juventus F.C.'s goalkeeper Ettore Puglielli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amerigo Cesarini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Ettore Puglielli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ettore Puglielli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After some careless play in the Juventus F.C. defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ettore Puglielli. The Juventus F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ettore Puglielli should have stopped the shot. Cristian Sancho scored 0-6 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ettore Puglielli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Paolo Rossi made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita lined in a short shot 0-7 behind a frustrated Ettore Puglielli. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. In the 60th play minute Daniel Zorita came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ettore Puglielli. 0-8. Ettore Puglielli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 63rd minute. Ettore Puglielli came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Emanuele Iovine kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Ettore Puglielli in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 79 minutes into the match, Juventus F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Ettore Puglielli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Juventus F.C.'s goalkeeper Ettore Puglielli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. After 87 played minutes Juventus F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Amerigo Cesarini. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ettore Puglielli came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. Ecuador played a much better game than Juventus F.C. and deserved their victory. The Juventus F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
