With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arturo Constancio in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. After 44 played minutes TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE got a freekick which was hit by Vinicio Porfiro. Lautaro Puig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Piorno having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Axel Tasis made a kick off. In the 67th minute, Vinicio Porfiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Sanz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arturo Constancio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 70 minute of play. Lautaro Puig charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lautaro Puig the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 74th minute, Lautaro Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Everardo Benino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Montrel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Benino in the 89th minute of play. Delmiro Estebano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Felipe Montrel sent off a good shot on target. 96 minutes into the game, Arturo Constancio lined in a short shot 0-5 behind a frustrated Benito Sanz. TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE played a much better game than Costa Rica and deserved their victory. The Costa Rica players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
