PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON's Cafu Negri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 18th minute of play. Kevin Mastache scored 2-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cafu Negri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Agustín Alvarez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. 31 minutes into the match, Jordy Cadiz notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Colombia's Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lukasz Klucznik hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jordy Cadiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After 45 minutes of play, PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON's Usain Bolt made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The wind increased when Agustín Alvarez made the kick off in the second half. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Alvarez in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin Mastache didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Manzanares was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Rogelio Cosca capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rogelio Cosca really showed his touch with that goal: 2-6. When Pascual Carballar came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Colombia fans jumped to their feet. With an all-out effort, PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON's Pedro Manzanares threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Procopio Mayorga, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Cafu Negri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Procopio Mayorga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Procopio Mayorga took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-10. PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON played a much better game than Colombia and deserved their victory. The Colombia players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
