Thiago Pliego was out of position in the 5 minute of play, and Luke Puig capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luke Puig really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bedrettin Münir read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. A hard shot 9 in the game by Luke Puig from a close distance when the talented Thiago Pliego managed to make a qualified save. Chile's players were relieved. In the 11th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bedrettin Münir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luke Puig in the 12th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bedrettin Münir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Casaus in the 24th minute of play forced Seferihisar İdman Gücü's goalkeeper Bedrettin Münir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceandro Belalcaraz in the 27th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bedrettin Münir narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luke Puig's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Bedrettin Münir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 37th minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.

The wind increased when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Seferihisar İdman Gücü's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Casaus came free, but Bedrettin Münir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chile's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rick Grimes ran over to the corner to take the kick. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmondo Melani, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Chile were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Seferihisar İdman Gücü's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariano Lacasa took the corner. The corner led Chile's Pedro Indiano to fire away a dangerous shot which Bedrettin Münir despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Edmondo Melani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. Seferihisar İdman Gücü's Gencer Benlioğlu was substituted for Zafer Özçelik. In the 85th minute, Mariano Lacasa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adem Yadigar kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Bedrettin Münir made a huge save. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
