Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Francisco Seco started the match with the kick off. After 4 played minutes Superação got a freekick which was hit by Zé Roberto Fonseca. Andrézinho Mota who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Joaquin Gayoso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Célio Eger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fellipe Meira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Superação getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Andrézinho Mota hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Superação's Zé Roberto Fonseca got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute of the match Jaime Cazalla sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fellipe Meira skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrézinho Mota got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dênis Tepedino in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. In the 35th minute of the match, Andrézinho Mota got a very nice opportunity to score, but Joaquin Gayoso was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Andrézinho Mota who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Joaquin Gayoso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 45 minutes into the game, Andrézinho Mota recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Joaquin Gayoso. Andrézinho Mota showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

55 minutes into the match, Superação's goalkeeper Fellipe Meira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Seco. Francisco Seco in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fellipe Meira, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 61st minute, Alberto Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Uruguay's Francisco Seco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fellipe Meira. That made the score 1-1 after 65 minutes of play. Dadá de Godoi tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Fellipe Meira. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-2 in the 71st minute. In the 77th match minute, Superação was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aloísio Falcão to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fellipe Meira having to interfere. A hard shot 81 in the game by Francisco Seco from a close distance when the talented Fellipe Meira managed to make a qualified save. Superação's players were relieved. Fellipe Meira made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Maximiliano Escribano sent off a good shot on target. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andrézinho Mota's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Superação's Fellipe Meira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 88th minute of play. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrézinho Mota, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. When the final whistle sounded Uruguay left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Superação.
