In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 20th minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ola Wall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lu Lin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Noboa having to interfere. Ola Wall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christoforos Manousopoulos in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rolando Noboa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kader Gonet in the 35th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ennio Carbonaro kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Luz Tejedor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ola Wall quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 60 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ola Wall, 1-2. When Anton Martinsson was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 63 minutes had been played. In the 64th match minute, NIKE Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Martinsson to maneuver through the defense. Ola Wall was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Julian Murillo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Julian Murillo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Eliseo Mina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71stth minute of the game Oskar Lägdin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 76th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ola Wall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Luz Tejedor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. NIKE Academy's Blagojče Michalashvili was substituted for Marcus-Vinícius Franceschini. The supporters of Peru booed when NIKE Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christoforos Manousopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th match minute, NIKE Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christoforos Manousopoulos to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Eliseo Mina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseo Mina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ola Wall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Rafael Gallo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
