Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eicke Brocker started the match with the kick off. The supporters of FK Partizani Tirana booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Eicke Brocker came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thorsten Benscheider having to interfere. In the 19th match minute, FK Partizani Tirana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nico Zeitz to maneuver through the defense. Thorsten Benscheider showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. The supporters of Honduras booed when FK Partizani Tirana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franz-Peter Zinn didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nico Zeitz. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FK Partizani Tirana's Thorsten Benscheider played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 46th minute of play. Sebastian Villa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmundo Espiga to strike the kick off in the second half. Eicke Brocker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Nico Zeitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Partizani Tirana's supporters rose to their feet, but Nico Zeitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, FK Partizani Tirana's Kajetan Meibeck got a free kick in the 57th minute. FK Partizani Tirana's Thorsten Benscheider played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Villa in the 58th minute of play. The throw-in from Kajetan Meibeck in the 60th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nico Zeitz in the 70th minute of the match. Thorsten Benscheider made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Villa in the 76th minute. In the 79th minute Franz-Peter Zinn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hubert Simpson, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Thorsten Benscheider took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honduras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edmundo Espiga in the 83rd minute. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Thorsten Benscheider in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eicke Brocker in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Luca Espinar got a free kick in the 88th minute.
