Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joel Gaona took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chester Bennington. HollywooDogs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Tafalla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. HollywooDogs's Chester Bennington played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 9th minute of play. Chester Bennington made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 12th minute of play. Chester Bennington stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Gaona's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. After having played for 17 minutes, Du Hong Hai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HollywooDogs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Du Hong Hai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 19th match minute, HollywooDogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mete Gøl to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 34th minute of play forced HollywooDogs's goalkeeper Chester Bennington to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Lorenzo Cazalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute of the match Mete Gøl sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dante Lacasa skillfully saved the ball. Mete Gøl hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. HollywooDogs made a substitution. Celso Senna replaced Barros Ramirez. After the first half Mexico were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

54 minutes into the match, HollywooDogs's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Chester Bennington reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Chester Bennington made a huge save. Lautaro Mancebo struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Chester Bennington didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Luca Zorita hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chester Bennington having to interfere. After 75 played minutes HollywooDogs got a freekick which was hit by Ricardinho Alvarenga. HollywooDogs's Chester Bennington proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save HollywooDogs from getting a goal against them. In the 84th minute Mete Gøl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after HollywooDogs's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Chester Bennington quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Pedro Mineiro in the 89th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 92nd play minutes Alberto Tafalla shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Chester Bennington and just under the crossbar into goal.
