Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cassius Byrne got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute, Tales Lucas made a precise shot to the right of Marco Day. USA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After having played for 7 minutes, Monty Rogers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. USA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Monty Rogers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ReyPoxo's Zoilo Coira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 11th minute of play. Zoilo Coira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. When USA's Cassius Byrne in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ReyPoxo's goalie prevented a goal. In the 26th minute Jacob May shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zoilo Coira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tales Lucas struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Marco Day didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ReyPoxo. If Monty Rogers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zoilo Coira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 34th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, Tales Lucas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and Tales Lucas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 44 minutes, Urdin Alabern mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ReyPoxo and the USA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Urdin Alabern kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 48th minute of play forced ReyPoxo's goalkeeper Zoilo Coira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

In the 52nd minute, Cassius Byrne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zoilo Coira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute, USA's Edward Mcdonald dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. ReyPoxo's Zoilo Coira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save ReyPoxo from getting a goal against them. Zoilo Coira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Monty Rogers went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. ReyPoxo's Samuel Etoo was substituted for Tales Lucas. ReyPoxo's Juan Pablo Yanovitskiy was substituted for Christer Collin. Cassius Byrne took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zoilo Coira. Zoilo Coira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Etoo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Samuel Etoo got free in front of the goal in the 79th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Marco Day was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. In the 81st match minute, ReyPoxo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leif Larsen to maneuver through the defense. A sloppy throw-in by Diego Bradley in the 86th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ReyPoxo's Albano Hegoi. Zoilo Coira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khalid Parry in the 89th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sam Campbell in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zoilo Coira saved ReyPoxo from getting behind. In the 93rd minute, Cristi Chivu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, USA's Zoilo Coira threw himself towards the right post 97 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Khalid Parry, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the match was over USA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ReyPoxo throughout the match.
