The throw-in from Luis Cazalla in the 4th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Wrocanka's Tomasz Jarosz. The supporters of Colombia booed when FC Wrocanka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobald Chodzinski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis Cazalla hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After 9 played minutes Sverker Danielsson rounded Colombia's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Montenegro in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kajetan Dawiec prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kajetan Dawiec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 16th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sverker Danielsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. Orlando Tafalla made in the 21st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Santino Seco. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Orlando Tafalla hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the match, FC Wrocanka's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Kajetan Dawiec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wieslaw Cichowski in the 36th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes in the game Kenneth Åkerman did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Sverker Danielsson. Kajetan Dawiec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 41st minute of the match. Kajetan Dawiec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 43rd minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, Colombia's Santino Seco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kajetan Dawiec made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Colombia booed when FC Wrocanka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kenneth Åkerman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orlando Tafalla's late challenge caught a FC Wrocanka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. FC Wrocanka's Kajetan Dawiec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Mastache in the 65th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Colombia's Santino Seco dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Sverker Danielsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute, Kevin Mastache reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kajetan Dawiec. The goal made the score 2-3. After a rather tough play, FC Wrocanka's Teobald Chodzinski got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes into the game, Kenneth Åkerman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Wrocanka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colombia the free kick.
