Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kyle Davies started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, Osvaldo Iago stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and Osvaldo Iago tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 7 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Txeru came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 8 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Lochlan Newman. 10 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Iago notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Curacao's Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jordan Porter kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A. Caminiaga's Melchor Frances. But to his dismay, Melchor Frances quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. C.A. Caminiaga's Victorino Frasco got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victorino Frasco struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A. Caminiaga. If Rodolfo Txeru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stanley Wallace kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After having played for 40 minutes, Rodolfo Txeru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. Caminiaga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodolfo Txeru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 43rd minute, Osvaldo Iago ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Barrett was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorino Frasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Curacao players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.A. Caminiaga were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victorino Frasco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Iago in the 52nd minute of play. When Rodolfo Txeru came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the C.A. Caminiaga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodolfo Txeru couldn't finish the play. Osvaldo Iago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodolfo Txeru succeeded in the game's 59th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. When Rodolfo Txeru came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the C.A. Caminiaga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodolfo Txeru couldn't finish the play. In the 66th minute, Victorino Frasco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A. Caminiaga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Osvaldo Iago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. If Horacio Ranolfo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Osvaldo Iago's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Barrett was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Bruno Barrett made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Victorino Frasco sent off a good shot on target. When Osvaldo Iago came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the C.A. Caminiaga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo Iago couldn't finish the play. C.A. Caminiaga's Victorino Frasco got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Txeru in the 82nd minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodolfo Txeru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Troy Kennedy hit a great ball. Rodolfo Txeru was extremely unlucky when he, in the 94th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Victorino Frasco got in the 95th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Bruno Barrett handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. When the match was over C.A. Caminiaga could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Curacao throughout the match.
