Camilo Gisbert made in the 3rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Luis Andino immediately put the ball in play. Julio Vera was a little too slow when Wincent Szotek got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 8th minute. The score was now 1-0. 13 minutes into the game, Camilo Gisbert threw the ball into play from the sideline. B&B Jelenia Góra's Waclaw Komanski quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Zachariasz Barys kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After 20 played minutes B&B Jelenia Góra got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro-Ramón R. Hansen. In the 24th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Kordalewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. B&B Jelenia Góra's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. B&B Jelenia Góra's Gilbert Kordalewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 30th minute of play. Alejandro-Ramón R. Hansen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Arrigo Trinca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Ecuador's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Arrigo Trinca scored to the left of an out of position Julio Vera, making the score, 2-0. 41 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Arrigo Trinca came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arrigo Trinca scored 3-0 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arrigo Trinca in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, B&B Jelenia Góra's Arrigo Trinca got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind B&B Jelenia Góra's goalkeeper Gilbert Kordalewski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 60th match minute, B&B Jelenia Góra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wit Wysocki to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arrigo Trinca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wincent Szotek in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Arrigo Trinca came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gilbert Kordalewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Arrigo Trinca struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for B&B Jelenia Góra. After 83 played minutes B&B Jelenia Góra got a freekick which was hit by Wit Wysocki. Rafal Bucyki kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of B&B Jelenia Góra booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. The B&B Jelenia Góra support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
