Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Casaus in the 7th minute of play. Thiago Pliego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Qi Xun went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 21 minutes into the game, Chile's Orlando Casaus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qi Xun, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute Xeneizes were awarded a corner. Everardo Bidun went to the cornerflag to take it. Aristides Nastasios short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Thiago Pliego to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 33rd minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Qi Xun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Chile's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Slavko Mojsovski fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Qi Xun made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Qi Xun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thiago Pliego was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. 54 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Xeneizes's Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Xeneizes's Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo got control of the ball when Orlando Casaus tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 63rd minute Qi Xun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo made a huge save. 72 minutes into the match, Xeneizes's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Casaus came free, but Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Xeneizes's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mariano Lacasa was slow to take the kick. During this time Chile's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Chile's Xavier Figueroa getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 76th minute of play. Fulgencio Peru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. After 78 minutes Chile's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Everardo Bidun who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Xeneizes's Everardo Bidun to fire away a dangerous shot which Thiago Pliego despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mariano Lacasa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo having to interfere. 91 minutes into the game, Chile's Orlando Casaus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. In the 93rd minute, Douglas Byström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chile's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
