After 17 played minutes KYRA FC got a freekick which was hit by Guaberto Bento. The throw-in from Aleksey Polosov in the 18th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Patricio Costa. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorden Van Balen in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner led KYRA FC's Guaberto Bento to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 31 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. Edmund Nocny's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Paskal Ayarza was extremely unlucky when he, in the 40th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paskal Ayarza was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Guaberto Bento struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KYRA FC. Truman Harrington made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. After 60 minutes, Edmund Nocny made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 63 minutes into the match, KYRA FC's goalkeeper Truman Harrington had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. In the 70th minute Edmund Nocny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute of the match, Tomas Illescas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Truman Harrington was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A hard shot 76 in the game by Tomas Illescas from a close distance when the talented Truman Harrington managed to make a qualified save. KYRA FC's players were relieved. KYRA FC made a substitution. KYRA FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 86th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Illescas to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 90th minute. 91 minutes into the game, KYRA FC's Edmund Nocny nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0.
