A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Felix Montenegro hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Julio Vera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bodovce FK's Ivan Fogaš played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Bodovce FK's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Ivan Fogaš reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivan Fogaš saved Bodovce FK from getting behind. If Ladislav Rottmaier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 21 minutes, Marek Patráš mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bodovce FK and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Bodovce FK getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Marek Patráš hit a great ball. Felix Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ivan Fogaš having to make a save. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Fogaš showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 29th minute. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ivan Fogaš quite easily take care of the ball. In the 34th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Fogaš was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 38th minute of play forced Bodovce FK's goalkeeper Ivan Fogaš to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marián Fabula blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Cristian Sancho hit a great ball. The Bodovce FK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Bodovce FK's goalkeeper Ivan Fogaš had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. After 77 minutes of play, Ecuador's Luis Andino made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Fogaš was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Ivan Fogaš made a huge save. In the 82nd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montes to maneuver through the defense. Ivan Fogaš made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 87th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Ivan Fogaš in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Bodovce FK's Ivan Fogaš got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Ivan Fogaš. Bodovce FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
