Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Artur Kondratyuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 5th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stepan Shurak during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 12 played minutes FC Chernomorets got a freekick which was hit by Stepan Shurak. FC Chernomorets's Artur Kondratyuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 13th minute of play. Tomas Berganza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artur Kondratyuk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Artur Kondratyuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 22nd minute of the match. Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Kondratyuk having to interfere. Panama's Tomas Berganza got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Nazariy Prodan sent off a good shot on target. In the 38th minute, FC Chernomorets's Bogdan Petlyura dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. After 41 minutes, Alex Cambeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Panama and the FC Chernomorets players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Chernomorets booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Cambeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bogdan Petlyura to make the kick off. Artur Kondratyuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 52nd minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Petlyura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 played minutes FC Chernomorets got a freekick which was hit by Bogdan Petlyura. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Kondratyuk having to interfere. FC Chernomorets made a substitution. Sergiy Antonyuk replaced Nazariy Prodan. 65 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Dmytro Semchuk came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 minutes, Sergiy Antonyuk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Chernomorets and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC Chernomorets getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Sergiy Antonyuk hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Chernomorets's zone, Tomas Berganza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artur Kondratyuk came out of the goal and Tomas Berganza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice moves Abraham Alguacil could shoot a difficult shot in the 74th minute, which Artur Kondratyuk however easily saved by the left post. 81 minutes into the match, Sergiy Antonyuk notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Sergiy Antonyuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Artur Kondratyuk came out and tried to block the shot, but Tomas Berganza slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 96th minute. Many of Panama's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Panama may have spent more time on the ball, but FC Chernomorets were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
