Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valter Mellin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Cheetah Team's Valter Mellin. But to his dismay, Valter Mellin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 11th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claes Caspersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valter Mellin did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Julio Vera 13 minutes into the match. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claes Caspersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cheetah Team's Claes Caspersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Cheetah Team's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Claes Caspersson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustín Saelices was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claes Caspersson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 32nd match minute, Cheetah Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredrik Fors to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 34th minute of play forced Cheetah Team's goalkeeper Claes Caspersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valter Mellin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Agustín Saelices fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ecuador's protests and gave Agustín Saelices a yellow card for diving instead. Agustín Saelices kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Dick Forssell who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 49thth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dick Forssell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dick Forssell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Claes Caspersson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dick Forssell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 63rd minute of play forced Cheetah Team's goalkeeper Claes Caspersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Cristian Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cheetah Team's Dick Forssell got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Claes Caspersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Camilo Gisbert hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Cheetah Team's Alex Ahlrot got a free kick in the 81st minute. Valter Mellin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Cheetah Team getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Tim Askberg hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Cheetah Team's Sivert Nord got a free kick in the 97th minute. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but Cheetah Team were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
