Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Peru's Julian Murillo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erubiel Cambranes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute Sándor Kocsis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Canteranos Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Erubiel Cambranes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sándor Kocsis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lidon Arenas made in the 18th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sándor Kocsis in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Sándor Kocsis sent off a good shot on target. Erubiel Cambranes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luz Tejedor in the 25th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erubiel Cambranes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Emmanuel Reyes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Gayoso to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sándor Kocsis. After 40 played minutes Canteranos Fc got a freekick which was hit by Rasmus Bonde. In the 47th minute, Canteranos Fc's Alvito Cabanela seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alvito Cabanela the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Canteranos Fc protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alvito Cabanela had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Canteranos Fc getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Alvito Cabanela hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Canteranos Fc's Alvito Cabanela got a free kick in the 48th minute. Erubiel Cambranes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emmanuel Reyes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bruno Cariton to strike the kick off in the second half. Emmanuel Reyes made in the 56th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Milagros Fraga. Eliseo Mina might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erubiel Cambranes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eliseo Mina ran back to his position shaking his head. Erubiel Cambranes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luz Tejedor in the 64th minute. After 66 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Efraim Gilabert. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Cariton in the 67th minute of play. Luz Tejedor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Cambranes having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Eliseo Mina dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Erubiel Cambranes, 0-1. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Erubiel Cambranes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Gallo in the 90th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Canteranos Fc's Lartaun Carrera got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 98th minute, Antonio Tenorio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Peru played a much better game than Canteranos Fc and deserved their victory. The Canteranos Fc players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
